My breath was stirring in my lungs as we reached the top of the hill. With my eyes I following the trail, we just travelled I was trying to regulate my oxygen in- and exhale. One last breath and I felt his body close behind mine. He avoided touching me, but his breath tickled along my neck. Goosebumps spread all over my skin. "What now?", I asked, trying to ignore the constant buzzing of the butterflies in my stomach. It wasn't right. It could never be.
My eyes caught the wings of a paraglider at the same time his did. He leaned even closer, his nose slightly touching the side of my head and I could feel his lips curl up into a teasing smile. "Well, we are going to be one the run forever so... we might as well have some fun."
